Job Summary:
As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing high call volumes, maintaining professionalism, and meeting performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document call details and customer interactions in the company’s database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Meet or exceed call center performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in using computers and call center software.
