SCHEDULE/HOURS: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive and professional attitude.
• Handle inbound calls professionally.
• Ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
• Communicate through various channels.
• Quickly acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
• Offer product knowledge.
• Participate in training to enhance skills.
• Process orders and requests.
• Maintain records of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with colleagues as needed.
• Provide feedback on service efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Experience in customer support.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
