**Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
**Responsibilities:**
- Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries professionally.
- Making outbound calls to follow up on requests or resolve issues.
- Providing information about products or services, and promoting new offerings.
- Accurately documenting all customer interactions in the system.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Meeting or exceeding performance goals for call volume, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.
