MUST:
2+ years as Call Center - Medical Receptionist
MUST have Scheduling experience
MUST have ability to check patients in and out
MUST have ability to verify insurance
MUST have EMR experience
MUST have insurance verification experience
MUST have collection of co-payments
DUTIES:
Many duties include scheduling, insurance verification, financial counseling, patient calls, patient screening processes and chart building. Successful candidate will possess outstanding multi-tasking abilities, communication and teamwork as well as the ability to keep up in a fast paced working environment. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate previous successful/positive customer service encounters or programs.
