ABOUT THE POSITION
We're looking for a Dialer Specialist to help make our call center run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you'll co-manage the dialer system to ensure it's working at its best, helping us reach our performance goals while staying compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
OBJECTIVES
- Create and share performance reports, make real-time adjustments, and update campaigns to improve contact rates, file reach, and agent performance.
- Manage the predictive dialer system-set up, configure, and maintain campaigns, call lists, filters, reports, and strategies, all while monitoring campaign performance in real time.
- Work closely with other teams to understand business needs, align dialer strategies with company goals, and suggest ways to improve processes and systems.
- Take on any other tasks as needed by the Production Manager, VP of Corporate Development, or Servicing Manager.
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate strengths and weaknesses in processes and strategies, and the ability to translate agreed-upon changes to campaign design.
- Solid understanding of call center compliance, including FDCPA, TCPA, and other relevant state and federal regulations.
- Experience in report development, dialer administration, or analytical roles is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of call center experience.
- Standard office and computer equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Access, SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Access, and SQL preferred.
- Experience with Genesys (Genesys Cloud) systems preferred.
- Previous experience with dialer operations in a financial services lending or unsecured debt environment gives applicants a strong advantage.
POSITION DESIGN
- Reports to the Dialer Supervisor
- Hybrid Position- Tuesday and Wednesday in-office at our Van Nuys, CA corporate office.
- Deployments, upgrades, or month-end efforts may require overtime or Saturday shift work.
