Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Customer Service Representative at Habitat Group in Miami, FL. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Customer Service and Customer Experience proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively resolve customer concerns and issues
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Experience in a similar role or customer service environment
• Knowledge of real estate management or asset management is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation:

• 20/hr, plus bonuses for meeting goals
