Call Center Customer Service Representative - Penda Aiken, Inc

Position Type: Full-time, Long-term temporary
Location: Malta, NY (On-site)
Work Hours: 40 hours per week with unpaid ½ hr. lunchbreak, daily. Shifts will vary and must be available Monday-Saturday
Compensation: $18.92 per hour, plus benefits, vacation, sick leave, and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls using both electronic and paper-based documentation systems.
• Accurately gather and verify demographic information using standard computer software and systems.
• Utilize your product or service knowledge to recognize, apply, and explain solutions to customers
• Must always maintain professionalism and a positive attitude, even when dealing with difficult situations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring and supportive nature
• Must work onsite in Malta, NY.
