Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and offering suitable solutions.
• Document customer interactions and transactions in the database for quality assurance.
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer service experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
