About the Job
We are seeking Call Center Agents to join our financial client.
Candidates local to Columbus, OH need apply only.
Hybrid Role: 3 days onsite and 2 days Remote.
Responsibilities:
- Preference for 1 of the following criteria:
• College Degree
• Previous contact center experience - Position Description
Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries - Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
- Functional support areas like Cash Management products and services, Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries.
- Successful applicants will be highly professional, career driven, and committed to World-Class Service.
· Ability to contribute in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
· Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center
