Job Description:
Draw House Concepts, is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents in San Antonio, TX. The Call Center Agents will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from clients, providing information about our services, addressing inquiries, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Pay Range:
$18.50 - $29.00 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from clients and prospective clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing information about Draw House Concepts' services, projects, and capabilities.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with leads, confirm appointments, and gather feedback from clients about their experience with our firm.
- Listen actively to clients' questions, concerns, and requests, and provide accurate and helpful responses or escalate issues to the appropriate department or team member for resolution.
- Conduct needs assessments and gather relevant information from clients to understand their requirements and preferences for architectural services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information, inquiries, appointments, and follow-up activities, using CRM software or other database systems.
- Handle administrative tasks related to call center operations, such as logging call details, updating client profiles, and preparing reports or summaries of call activity.
- Adhere to established call center protocols, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistency and professionalism in client interactions.
Minimum requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively over the phone.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with clients' needs and concerns.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
