We are looking for an Enthusiastic Call Center Representative who combines excellent customer service and multitasking skills, with the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team. You should also have the time-management and organizational skills necessary to effectively manage multiple expectations in a fast-paced environment. It is also vital that you display exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active-listening skills, as well as the ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly.

- Understand the responsibility of serving as the first point of contact for patients of our practice.
- Greet callers warmly & provide courteous service throughout the call.
- Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to calls and emails, providing accurate information and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information while using sound judgement diffusing upset patients as needed.
- Schedule appointments for patients that support office flow and function.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers through ongoing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred).
