About the Job
Call Center Representatives work in office making outbound calls to business clients.
Day Shift Hours: Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:00pm and 2 Saturdays a month from 8:45am-4:00pm.
Night Shift Hours: Monday-Friday 5:00pm-9:00pm and 2 Saturdays a month from 8:45am-4:00pm.
- Must be able to work upcoming blackout periods from November 16th-30th, and December 16th-31st. You will not be required to work Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
- There is a 30-day probationary period where absences and tardiness are not permissible. Attendance during training and the nesting period is imperative. Candidates must successfully complete the training requirements to continue the assignment.
Pay for the call center position:
- $15/hour
- Weekly pay
Requirements for the call center position:
- Basic computer skills/ navigation is a must.
- Must be receptive to coaching and feedback.
- Fast paced, high volume call center. Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Call center experience required, minimum of 1 year.
- Must be able to pass pre employment screenings.
- Must be able to articulate words accurately with a friendly, energetic tone.
- Must be able to read clearly and concisely, verbatim from a script.
- Must achieve call center performance metrics, policies, and procedures.
