Call Center Agent at Nagler Group

Our client, at an Orthopedic practice headquartered in Chelmsford, MA that is looking to add a Call Center Agent to their team! They are looking for someone to be the initial point of contact to register new patients, direct them accordingly, and schedule appointments! Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred. If you are interested, I’d love to connect with you!

Responsibilities  include:

• Field patient scheduling and cancellation calls

• Take detailed calls from hospitals, medical providers, pharmacies, etc. 

• Answering incoming calls

• Assign documents to patient’s charts

Qualifications include:

• 1+ years experience in a medical office

• Highschool diploma
