Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and support through inbound and outbound calls. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
2. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide basic technical support to customers over the phone.
4. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
5. Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics.
6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
8. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
5. Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
