IHMVCU is seeking an engaging Bilingual Call Center Agent to join the team at our Headquarters Office in Moline, IL.

What does a Call Center Agent do?

Build deep, long term relationships to help our members along their financial journey.
In a high energy, empowered atmosphere we provide exceptional service through phone, email and chat functions.
Each day the goal is to listen, understand and take quick action to exceed the member's expectations.
Hours of Call Center operation are 7am-7pm Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturdays 8am-1pm.
Anticipated start date of the position is May 6th or May 28th

The successful candidate will need the following skills/qualifications:

Exceptional customer service experience.
Proficient in relevant computer applications.
Educate members on financial tools; accurately and efficiently apply policies and procedures.
Reliable and Motivated to help others.
Professional Bi-lingual skills in Spanish and English.

Physical Requirements:
