Craftexcom We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
$19.50 - $30.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls and inquiries
- Assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and resolved
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or escalate complex problems
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
