About the Job
Our Client is seeking a driven Calibration Site Leader to oversee the daily operations of their new brick-and-mortar calibration center. This individual will play a crucial role in driving business growth, managing the facility, and building relationships with customers and surrounding collision centers. The Calibration Site Leader will ensure the smooth operation of the shop, manage scheduling, support technicians, and act as the face of the business, fostering customer relationships and expanding service offerings.
- Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations of the calibration center, including workflow prioritization, staff scheduling, and operational efficiency.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, clearly articulating the value of ADAS services, addressing client needs, and building long-term relationships.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
- On-site Leadership: This is an on-site role requiring a hands-on approach to operations management, team leadership, and customer interaction.
