We are seeking a Calendar Law Clerk to join our team. For this Full-time position, you need to be a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage our attorneys' court appearances, deadlines, and legal proceedings. Must-haves are strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a keen interest in the legal field.
Experience is not necessary to be considered for this position. Willing to train.
Base Pay is Dependent on Experience: $40,000 - $43,000.
Weekends off - Quarterly Bonuses - Advancement Opportunities

Responsibilities
- Communicate with the defense counsel
- Maintain the firm's litigation calendar
- Coordinate client appointments
- Assist team members
- Ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- All work experiences will be considered. Willing to train
- Former Military is a plus!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail oriented
- Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
- Show professionalism in all aspects of communication - verbal, written, or in-person - to maintain a positive working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with other members of the team.
- Possessing the ability to work autonomously, arrange tasks according to their importance, and collaborate in a team-oriented setup.
