Position Summary:

Part-time kitchen staff/cook for new venue on property that overlooks new multi-court pickle ball and sports facility.

Hours of operation: Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-9:30pm, Friday 3:00pm-8:30pm, Saturday & Sunday 10:15 – 8:30pm (weekends will consist of multiple shift workers).

Pay begins at $14.50 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Execute standardized recipes to prepare dishes for guests

· Customer interaction, create a positive, friendly, inviting environment for guests

· Maintain cleanliness of kitchen; wash dishes, sanitize surfaces as needed; prepare and breakdown of food stations

Education/Experience:

· Has basic kitchen knowledge and safety sanitation knowledge

· Customer service skills

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

· Show initiative

· Needs reliable transportation to and from work

· Must be able to be mobile and lift up to 50 pounds

· Must be a team player

· Must be able to work flexible hours in an environment with constant mobility.

· Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Staff has access to facility amenities: indoor/outdoor aquatics centers, fitness centers (gym, yoga studios, pilates studio, weight training rooms), various events on site (theatre events, cultural events, etc)

Site is heavily protected with 24-hour security.
