CAD Technician/Customer Service Specialist at Davron LLC

Qualifications and responsibilities for this CAD Technician/Customer Service Specialist position include:

• Minimum of 1 year experience with AutoCAD or DraftSight.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Data entry and order management in a business-to-business wholesaler environment.
• Use DraftSight for creating custom DXF files for CNC machines.
• Communicate clearly with front office and manufacturing teams to minimize production delays.
• Independently manage email communications with customers and co-workers.
• Comfortable with phone conversations to clarify measurements, answer product questions, and gather information from vendors.
• Experience in communicating with engineers and architects is highly valuable.
• Design and configure custom glass, shower enclosures, mirrors, glass railings, commercial glass doors/office systems, and other interior glass products.
• Train on internal CAD/configuration software for various glass products.

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, with a possible raise after 90 days based on performance.
