Qualifications and responsibilities for this CAD Manager position include:

Prior experience leading multifamily drafters (not single-family)
Proficiency in kitchen software such as ProKitchen or 20-20
Intermediate Excel knowledge (pivot tables and lookup formulas)
Knowledge of cabinets, dimensions, and construction blueprints
Strong expertise in ADA considerations
Review architectural plans and ensure clarity in kitchen design shop drawings
Assist drafters in determining required cabinets and manage workflow
Lead or collaborate with the Purchasing Team for ordering from suppliers

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus potential.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 2 weeks PTO after the initial 90 days, and company-provided software and equipment.
