Job Details
Lead technical and professional efforts in project management, engineering, and maintenance across various facilities.
Develop, plan, and implement capital projects and facility improvements.
Manage the introduction of new projects across multiple locations.
Monitor and control project costs, ensuring alignment with the provided budget.
Identify opportunities for continuous facility improvement.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate the technical and management aspects of projects, including collaboration with contractors, equipment manufacturers, and internal teams.
Troubleshoot underperforming projects and refocus efforts to meet objectives.
Ensure all projects meet safety, food safety, and regulatory standards.
Conduct post-installation audits, assess financial outcomes, and share insights for future improvements.
Implement design changes to enhance machine efficiency, reduce costs, and expand the capabilities of existing equipment.
Ensure that both management and staff receive training on new equipment and updated procedures.
Requirements:
A minimum of one year of engineering experience or a four-year degree in engineering.
Proficiency in CAD software.
