Cabinet-Tec-Warehouse Supervisor
Job Description: Warehouse Supervisor to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution
operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide
variety of products. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all
warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
Experience:
Manufacture Warehouse experience: 1 year (Required)

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING OR SKILL REQUIRED:
Ability to discuss products intelligently; personable, courteous, and well groomed; reliable; displays good
judgment; cooperative and flexible; ability to interact graciously with a broad range of people; ability to
work with staff in a cooperative manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS:
Oversee daily operations and assembly while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency - with customer satisfaction the primary goal-
by supervising, organizing, and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements,
equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.
Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short-and
long-term performance goals.
Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and
action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and
procedures and by complying with legal regulations.
Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize
efficiency and minimize overtime.
Communicating with customers and drivers to ensure efficient delivery if needed.
Help Ensure lead times are meet from the shop to customer expectations.
Coordinate with Sub-Contract Paint Shop for any custom paint orders.
Inventory cycle counts twice a year to ensure accuracy of actual inventory and system inventory.
Schedule Purchasing Plan.

Salary:
$40,000-$50,000 yearly
