Job Title: Service Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform service or warranty repairs, adjustments, or replacements to meet customer needs.
• Develop a working knowledge of Maestro software for efficient service management.
• Acquire extensive product knowledge to provide accurate support and solutions.
• Inspect and determine the extent of warranty or service issues as required.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience in service or repair roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
