A leading provider of high-end custom cabinetry. With a reputation for craftsmanship and quality, we specialize in designing and manufacturing cabinetry for residential spaces. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Cabinet Installer to assist with installations and post-installation service work.
What You’ll Bring:
- A minimum of 3 years in custom cabinet installation or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of cabinet construction and installation techniques.
- Proficiency in using woodworking tools and machinery, along with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- A keen eye for detail and craftsmanship, ensuring high-quality finishes and precise installations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to address installation challenges and make adjustments as needed.
- Effective communication with clients, designers, and team members to ensure a seamless installation process.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction with every project.
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate installation schedules and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget to exceed our clients’ expectations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to execute installations accurately.
- Safely operate hand and power tools to install cabinets according to design plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, Sales Account Managers, and other team members to address any installation issues or modifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cabinet installation, including full access/frameless and face frame construction methods.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and cabinetry hardware.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
