About the Role

Were looking for a Cabinet Designer and Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Houston, TX. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for someone who loves designing custom cabinetry and working closely with clients to bring their visions to life. Youll have the chance to design for a variety of spaces while driving sales and overseeing projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Design custom cabinets for kitchens, bathrooms, closets, and other spaces using 2020 design software.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales by providing innovative kitchen and bath design solutions.
• Manage projects from initial sale to installation completion.
• Interpret construction drawings, dimensions, details, and specifications accurately.

What Were Looking For

• Experience designing kitchens, baths, and other spaces using 2020 design software.
• Sales expertise in the home improvement or cabinetry industry.
• Proficiency in reading construction drawings and managing end-to-end projects.
• Closet design experience is a plus!
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A team player with creativity and keen attention to detail.
