Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and solutions using Clarity PPM.
Modify Jaspersoft reports to meet the specific needs of each project.
Create and implement gel scripts using REST API to streamline processes and enhance project outcomes.
Utilize UX experience to improve user interfaces and enhance overall user satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of project status, challenges, and solutions.
Continually update skills and knowledge to stay at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience with Clarity PPM.
Demonstrated ability to modify Jaspersoft reports.
Experience in building gel scripts using REST API.
Strong UX experience, with a focus on improving user interfaces and enhancing user satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively liaise with clients and other stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for delivering clear, concise solutions to complex challenges.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team, as well as independently.
