About the Job
We are looking for a dedicated Coupa Business Systems Analyst to join as a subject matter expert in Coupa solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, lead requirements gathering, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Coupa processes.
Role Description:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Coupa.
- Lead requirements gathering with stakeholders and organize effective meetings.
- Identify project dependencies and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leaders.
- Research solutions independently and take ownership of deliverables, improving processes and setting team standards.
- Prioritize tasks for junior team members and provide feedback.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs, collaborate with developers, and perform system configuration and implementation.
- Work with business partners on system development and enhancements.
- Manage large datasets, create reports and dashboards, and ensure solutions are thoroughly tested before production.
- Ensure clear communication with users and sufficient training.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's in business or IT.
Certification: Coupa certification preferred.
Experience:
- 3+ years with Coupa, including configuration, monitoring, reporting, user administration, workflow setup, release management, troubleshooting, and compliance with internal controls.
Workflow and Process Configuration: Configure requisition, purchase order (PO), and invoice workflows. Understand requirements related to requisitions, POs, and invoices, and tailor the system accordingly.
Skills: Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and processes, excellent time management, cross-functional team experience, problem-solving, leadership, and customer service.
Important Note:
- This role requires onsite presence three days a week. Candidates must be local to Chicagoland or willing to relocate.
