C?ontract Administrator / Paralegal - Source One Technical Solutions

Source One is a consulting services company and we’re currently looking for the following individual to work as a consultant to our direct client, a global medical device company in Fort Worth, TX.

Job Title: ?C?ontract Administrator / Paralegal (Contractor)

Pay Rate: $41/hr (W-2)

40 hours/week, Mon-Fri

Job Description:

• Draft, review, and manage assigned IT-related contracts within the contract management system.

• Identify legal, financial, risk management, tax, and other contract terms for review by subject matter experts.

• Assist attorneys in contract negotiations.

• Partner with and educate internal stakeholders on contract related issues.

• Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while constantly adapting to meet competing priorities.

• Collaborate with other Commercial Legal Services team members.

• Perform specified duties in a professional manner and in accordance with company values and behaviors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Paralegal Certificate required

• Five years prior paralegal experience preferred

• Bachelor’s degree a plus

• Experience reviewing IT related contracts is preferred
