St. Joseph Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is redefining patient care with the introduction of our new inpatient Dialysis Den. Our groundbreaking approach combines skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and advanced dialysis services to provide comprehensive, holistic care to our patients.

Your Role:

As a C.N.A. Transportation Aide, you will play a vital role in our integrated care model. Collaborating closely with our skilled nursing and dialysis teams, you will ensure that patients in our skilled nursing center receive top-notch nursing assistant care, holistic support, and individualized attention. You won't be working directly in the Dialysis Den, but you will be an essential bridge and transportation between dialysis care and skilled nursing.

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A. / CNA) in the state of Massachusetts.
• Compassion and dedication to patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
