Position: Commercial Loan Officer

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial loan customers

- Analyze financial information and creditworthiness of potential borrowers

- Evaluate loan requests and prepare detailed credit memos

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient loan processing and underwriting

- Monitor and manage existing loan portfolios

Essential Job Functions:

- Conduct thorough credit analysis and financial spreads

- Understand and interpret complex financial statements and documents

- Structure loan transactions in accordance with company guidelines

- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and trends

Skills:

- 5 years of experience in commercial lending or a related field

- Community banking experience is a definite plus

- Credit analysis experience will give you an edge

- Broad knowledge of C&I and Commercial Real Estate lending

- Familiarity with financial spreads and analysis
