Implement tailored training programs to elevate team performance.
Agent Success and Productivity:
Establish clear performance metrics and goals to drive agent success.
Offer personalized coaching and constructive feedback to enhance performance.
Leverage technology to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Business Development:
Collaborate closely with the executive team to execute growth strategies effectively.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand market share and profitability.
Stay abreast of industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Proven track record as a successful Real Estate Team Leader.
Demonstrated ability to recruit and retain high-performing agents.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Thorough understanding of real estate market trends and best practices.
Ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.
