Agent Success and Productivity:
Establish performance metrics and objectives to drive agent success.
Offer personalized coaching and constructive feedback to enhance performance.
Leverage technology to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Business Development:
Collaborate with the executive team to execute growth strategies.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand market share and boost profitability.
Stay abreast of industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Proven track record as a successful Real Estate Team Leader.
Demonstrated ability to recruit and retain high-performing agents.
Exceptional leadership and communication prowess.
Thorough understanding of real estate market dynamics and best practices.
