Massy
Distribution (USA) Inc., manages ambient, chilled, and frozen product lines. We
are 100% focused on the Caribbean, with a team that is knowledgeable with
respect to the region, brand development, distribution, logistics and export
requirements. Our group’s ownership of both distribution and 50 plus retail
supermarkets throughout many of the key Caribbean markets allows for quick
commercialization of products.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to work in a team environment with
leadership skills to grow into the role. - Very analytical and conscientious of the cash
impact of our decisions. - Placing orders in a timely manner to maintain
appropriated levels of inventory. - Strong language skills as they are necessary to
bring up supply chain issues to suppliers and vendors in search for a solution
to a problem. - To develop and maintain our information into the
system with items discontinued, as well as adding products into our network. - To interact with the sales team to bring up
product close to expiry, to avoid a negative impact on our P&L - Review receiving documentation to ensure
accuracy prior to accounting receiving. - KPIs on monitoring expiry dates, fill ratios and
number of days on inventory. - Maintaining accurate information in our system.
- Generating reports and monitor fill ratio to our
orders to customers, and fill ratio on our purchase orders from suppliers.
What we are
looking for:
- Highly organized individual.
- 5 plus years of purchasing/inventory control.
- Experienced buyer-demand planning.
- Experience working with an Enterprise system.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate, particularly Excel, and
office suite of products.

What the
Company Offers:
- Salary range between $65,000 - $75,000
- This is a full-time and permanent opportunity
with Massy Distribution USA. - Benefits including Medical, dental, vision,
life, 401k plan, Vacation and Holidays. - Working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 – 5:30
- We offer a hybrid working schedule 3 days
remote/2 days in office.
