Buyer/Planner - Apothecarie

About the Job
Brandless is in search of a an experienced Buyer/Planner. This is a pivotal role within the supply chain and operations teams. You should be quantitative, analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoy learning. You must be a team player to work closely with all departments in the organization. You will collaboratively manage our overall inventory, overcome day-to-day challenges, and takes initiative to continually improve our processes.
Responsibilities
· Place and manage purchase orders with manufacturers for products and packaging materials.
· Meet and follow up with suppliers to ensure on time delivery.
· Responsible for the procurement of inventory to meet sales demand.
· Plan and manage inventory at multiple 3PL's.
· Analyze and monitor inventory levels to comply with site goals. Avoid excessive inventory and reduce stock outs.
· Meet with sales and marketing to support promotions.
Qualifications/Skills
· Strong mathematical and analytical skills to forecast demand.
· Ability to manage multiple high priority projects.
· Strong written and oral communication skills.
· Detail oriented.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
· Negotiation tactics training a plus.
Experience
· Experience in a procurement and/or planning role.
· Experience with contract manufacturing.
· Experience with Amazon FBA is a plus.
· QuickBooks experience a plus.
· Experience in a GMP/cGMP environment a plus.
· Lean manufacturing experience a plus.
