Description:
" Ability to develop a one-off strategic sourcing approach for large, complex and/or EPC electric construction projects or, working within a preestablished category sourcing strategy, apply it to development of a project-specific go-to market plan for delivering a complex and/or EPC electric construction project
" Ability to interpret T&C, understand the commercial impacts based on the scope of work and clearly communicate this to the business and leadership; effectively negotiate these points with suppliers to minimize risk, maximize benefit in line with business tolerances and procurement best practices
" Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with stakeholders at project and executive level
" Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive deliverables, project simultaneously
" Ability to effectively delegate and manage deliverables to and/or manage project teams consisting of representatives from multiple areas within the business
" Ability to make field visits for pre-bids and in-person project team meetings
" Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, & Ariba
