Buyer - Path Engineering

As a Buyer (also known as Procurement Specialist, Purchasing Agent), you'll be responsible for procuring materials, supplies, services, and MRO in a timely and cost-efficient manner to meet customer commitments and company KPIs. Your duties will include communicating with suppliers, negotiating pricing and contracts, making tactical buying decisions, and maintaining procurement records.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a Procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, with SAP experience being a plus.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical-thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy and organization.
