Responsibilities
- Assist clients in the home buying process by providing expert advice and guidance from initial consultation to closing.
- Conduct property showings and provide detailed information on the features and benefits of each property to potential buyers.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with sellers and their agents to secure favorable terms for clients.
- Stay informed about market trends and property values in the San Antonio area to offer clients accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process for clients.
- Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to provide clients with access to a wide range of resources and opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and track progress throughout the buying process.
Qualifications
- Active real estate license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Buyer Agent or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful real estate transactions.
- Strong knowledge of the San Antonio real estate market.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other technology tools.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
