Our busy medical practice has been providing the highest level of care for our patients since 1974. Our entire practice physicians and office staff are committed to maintaining rigorous standards of professional expertise and to offering the latest in technological advances. We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with healthcare experience to assist our COO to ensure compliance and to make sure our HR Process runs smoothly.
Job Duties:
- Recruiting
- Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Plans and conducts new employee onboarding to foster positive attitude toward practice goals.
- Assists with performance review program.
- Assists with budget preparation for human resources.
- Manage Training program.
Required Education and Experience:
- 5-7 years of progressive HR Generalist experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business
- SHRM or HRCI certification, preferred.
- Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and administrative regulations
- Articulate, warm, outgoing, professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable
- High level of confidentiality, discretion, and judgment
- Ability to take direction and work within a team.
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to deliver results with resourceful problem-solving abilities.
