Description

Our Private Upscale Country Club in Oakland is seeking qualified candidates to join our team!

Part Time or Full Time - No Experience Required

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment alongside new and seasoned staff to provide exceptional food, beverage, and bar service in a country club atmosphere. The right candidate can be trained in technical skills relating to the position. Experience isn't required, but a willingness to learn is.

Normal hours of service are 10:00am-9:00pm. This position would be an excellent fit for students, as the dinner service hours fall between 4:30 pm - 9:00 pm. Hours extend a bit later on the weekends. Salary for this position starts at $12.00+ based on experience.

Requirements

• The successful applicant will be able to communicate important information between management, kitchen staff, and service staff.
• Must be available to work some weekends and holidays.
• The ability to work quickly and adapt on the go.
• During our busy hours, we expect the bussers to assist servers, performing any tasks necessary to ensure a high-quality Club Member experience.
• Be a team player.
• Excellent customer service skills.
