Position Overview:
Union Mesa is seeking a dedicated and efficient Busboy to join our team. As a Busboy, you will play an essential role in ensuring a clean, welcoming, and organized dining environment. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, hardworking, and enjoys contributing to a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear and clean tables quickly and efficiently.
- Reset tables with proper settings for the next guests.
- Assist servers by refilling water, drinks, and delivering chips and salsa.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, chairs, and condiment stations.
- Ensure that trash and recycling are properly disposed of.
- Support the kitchen staff by delivering dirty dishes and glassware to the dishwashing station.
- Assist with any other duties as directed by the management or serving team.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Prior experience in a restaurant setting is a plus but not required.
