Pay Range: $16.28 + tips

Position Overview:

Clears and resets tables and maintains well-stocked workstations in accordance with Landmark Restaurants' standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Upholds company mission and philosophy.
2. Clears and resets tables according to the restaurant's guidelines, and keeps bus stations stocked with supplies.
3. Communicates with Greeters and Servers to ensure efficient service and Guest satisfaction.
4. Follows restaurant's service standards when serving and assisting Guests, such as when refilling water glasses or clearing plates.
5. Assists in keeping the restaurant clean throughout the shift.
6. Works as a member of the restaurant team. Interacts with service staff in a positive manner. Assists others whenever needed.
7. Maintains positive, upbeat, and energetic attitude toward Guests. Interacts with Guests in a friendly and professional manner.
8. Maintains highest standards of hygiene and sanitation. Follows Health Department standards for hygiene and safe food handling. Maintains current Food Handlers Permit.
9. Works toward ensuring profitability by controlling waste and following security practices.

• Able to lift up to 25 pounds on a tray, in bus tubs, or as other objects. Good sense of balance.
