A Day in the Life

The day of an Administrative Support Assistant is constantly changing and adjusting to best fit the needs of our clients. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, which may include expense reports, filing, completing documentation for new/current deals and post-closing deals,  scanning, time entry into a database, saving documents to our document management system, processing mail, and drafting/finalizing certain legal documents.

You will use your prior administrative support experience to help jump in and find new ways to support the team.  You bring excellent organization and prioritizing skills to the table.  Your coworkers will comment on your courteous and can-do attitude. You thrive in an active environment and can easily work well under pressure.  You’re able to take the initiative and work independently.  Your greatest attribute is that you are never idle and not afraid to reach out to colleagues for work.
