Job Overview:We are seeking energetic and adaptable individuals to join our team as Busser and Event Setup Crew Members at our esteemed event venue. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities and requires candidates who are not only quick on their feet but also available on nights and weekends. Fluency in bilingual Spanish is a definite plus.

Responsibilities:- Event Setup:
- Arrange tables and chairs according to event specifications.
- Set up staging and props, including TVs and the piano, as needed.
- Ensure all event spaces are impeccably prepared before guests arrive.
- Table Bussing:
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently after guests finish their meals.
- Collect used dishes, glassware, and utensils.
- Ensure tables are clean and ready for the next guests.
- Dish and Glassware Handling:
- Safely transport used dishes and glassware to the dishwashing area.
- Assist the dishwashing team as needed.
- Trash Removal and Cleanup:
- Take out trash and break down boxes to maintain a clean environment.
- Mop and clean floors to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Ensure floors are clean and dry to prevent accidents.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work as part of a team, coordinating with colleagues, chefs, bartenders, and event planners.
- Maintain effective communication to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event setup, restaurant, or banquet operations is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry props and equipment as required.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a particular emphasis on nights and weekends.
- Fluency in bilingual Spanish is a definite plus.
- Weekend Nights Availability (a must!).
- Reliable Transportation.
- Cool Uniform: Black from head to toe.
- Ability to push/pull/lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
