The Business Transformation Manager closely collaborates with our Leadership team driving growth, development, and the achievement of strategic objectives within our organization. The Business Transformation Manager will also be responsible for change management initiatives and key strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategy execution plan that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Support cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic projects and initiatives through various implementation phases
- Drive organizational change by developing and deploying change management strategies and programs
- Monitor, track, and evaluate progress on strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and effective implementation to identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to departmental managers in executing strategic and business objectives to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability
- Coordinate market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats
- Design and prepare documentation, training materials, and communications supporting new processes
- Engage in strategic planning with senior management to align operational strategies with overall business objectives
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and communicate the company's vision, mission, and values
- Ensure relevancy by continually monitoring industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance that guides strategic decision-making
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, change management, or related roles
- Experience in the consumer goods industry and/or management consulting preferred
- Prosci Change Management certification or similar designation preferred
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing strategic initiatives across multiple functional areas
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make sound business decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- High customer focus with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to lead and inspire teams towards achieving strategic goals.
