Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Licensed to practice law in the state.
3. 3+ years of experience as a transactional attorney, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
4. Strong experience in securities law and capital raising activities, including familiarity with subscription agreements and SAFE notes.
5. Exceptional drafting skills with the ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents.
6. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand the company's business and anticipate the nature and magnitude of issues that could arise in various settings.
7. Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, keep deadlines, and prioritize work appropriately.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
9. High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
10. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
