Job Description: Our client, a large defense contractor, has an immediate opening for a Business Systems Specialist- Dynamics 365 to work remote from home in the U.S. In this role, you'll be a blend of traditional Business Analyst and Systems Analyst. You'll use your technical expertise in Dynamics 365 to consult and collaborate with business leaders, IT staff, and other third parties to develop, deliver, and optimize business capabilities. You'll often act as an integrated team lead and facilitate small projects or initiatives. You'll investigate and evaluate how to improve and enhance the processes of our product sales, and develop recommendations for our Dynamics 365 CRM solution. The Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst (Business Systems Specialist) will support and/or facilitate the development and delivery of solutions leveraging knowledge of: business end-users, stakeholders, goals, requirements, current and desired future states.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a computer science, information technology, engineering, or scientific field or the equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

What you bring to the table:
- Experience supporting Dynamics 365 solution (Sales and Customer Service Hub).
- Developing and maintaining Power Apps and Power Automate (Flows) experience preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot and translate business requirements to solutions
- Javascript programming knowledge desired.
- Bachelor's degree in a computer science, information technology, engineering, or scientific field or the equivalent plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Prior work experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst capturing and analyzing business requirements, specifications, and processes strongly desired
- Broad expertise or unique knowledge of systems and/or business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and tools
