5+ years of experience in project management, business systems, or a related field.

Proven ability to write clear and comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, process flows, and specifications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on tactical execution.

Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and HubSpot is a plus.

Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or Agile Scrum Master) preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to interface effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholder.

Proven success managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

Ability to influence and manage change.

Results-oriented, strategic thinker that thrives in collaborative work environment.

Physical Requirements:

Sit for extended periods of time; including at a computer.

Occasional lifting up to 15 lbs.

Repetitive hand and wrist movements for frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse.
