In an evolving biopharmaceutical landscape, the Senior Business Analyst in eCommerce and Systems Integration stands at the helm of innovation and operational excellence.  This role is designed to steer SAP S4 HANA implementations and Salesforce Commerce Cloud-based B2B storefronts through the dynamic waters of global eCommerce opportunities.  Emphasizing cross-functional leadership, this position orchestrates collaborative, diverse teams, leveraging a range of talents to enhance the efficiency and security of our eCommerce solutions.  Through strategic technological integration and innovative problem-solving, the role demands a proactive approach to develop and support e-commerce APIs, ensuring operational integrity and fostering continuous improvement.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading collaborative problem-solving efforts with diverse teams.
• Integrating key systems to enhance eCommerce solutions' efficiency and security.
• Developing and supporting e-commerce APIs, addressing technical challenges.
• Driving strategic projects, embracing emerging technologies.
• Advocating for best practices in security management and compliance.

Skills and tools you will use in this role:

• Extensive knowledge of web technologies, including Java, J2EE, application servers, portal applications, content management systems, AJAX, JavaScript, and XML technologies.
• Proficiency with Unix scripting.
• Expert functional-level knowledge in SAP OTC, FI, MM and BW areas.
• Proficiency needed in ABAP programming, CDS Views, SD user exits, SAP Lean order framework, and BOL programming.
• Extensive work with SAP OTC, FI, MM, BW, and security teams for system performance and user access issues.

Experiences that make you a strong candidate for this role:

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree with +8 years' experience; Master's Degree with +7 years’ experience; PhD with +3 years' experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise-level programming and/or architectural experience with 8+ years of development/engineering expertise with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC CRM and S4 HANA configuration and support.
• Proficiency in eCommerce development (B2B & B2C platforms).
• Experience in supporting single-sign-on Web applications especially with OKTA.
• Experience with complex enterprise integration and user provisioning.
• Familiarity with OKTA integration for authentication and authorization in eCommerce environments,
• Proficiency in SAP core document programming, Web UI, and Java Script enhancements for CRM.
• Skilled in SOAP, REST web services, and ODATA for system integrations.
• Knowledge of SAP CRM middleware for BDOCs and IDOCs, including error resolution and monitoring.

• Experience with Agile methodologies, scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams for system integration and problem resolution.
• Experience in managing SAP and CRM system upgrades and performance tuning.
• Expertise with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• History of leading software development teams.
