Business System Analyst at CCS Global TechBusiness System Analyst at CCS Global Tech in Las Vegas, NevadaPosted in Other 2 days ago.Job Description:Job Title: Business Systems AnalystJob Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite Position)Duration: 11 months with possible extensionNote:This is a W2 contract job, we cannot work on C2C or 1099.We can only consider the candidates who are local to Nevada, relocation support won't be possible.Project Scope:Position will function as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst supporting the Technical Services Department. To be successful in this role, Sr. Business Systems Analyst should have a combination of technical, administrative, and soft skills.Mandatory Skills:- A minimum of 9 years working in Information Technology field with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.- A minimum 8 experience as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator- Experience in a government setting.- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM module for managing and updating projects.- Ability to organize and lead highly technical focus groups composed of primarily Infrastructure, Network Systems, and Desktop services.- Demonstrates professional organization, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Analytical problem-solving abilities, proactive/positive team player, resourceful and innovative.- Hands-on experience developing both technical and user-friendly communications as well as documenting technical requirements, creating job aids, and monitoring project progress using Service-Now.- Proven multi-tasking skills, including ability to work effectively under pressure, handle heavy volumes and meet demanding deadlines.Desirable Skills:- Ability to work in a Balanced Matrix environment, with tenured resources and evolving priorities.- At a minimum have fundamental knowledge of: IT Projects- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in local government.- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.- Excellent command of written and spoken English, should demonstrate fluency in both oral and writing communications.- Ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders as well as internal staff.- Self-starter with the ability to take on tasks with minimal direction when needed.
